You’ll play a key part in driving new business opportunities, building a healthy pipeline and supporting the growth of the wider Business Development team.

  • Contact prospective clients to introduce services and book high-quality business appointments
  • Qualify leads thoroughly to maximise conversion and support the handover process
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all pipeline activity is logged and updated promptly
  • Conduct research to identify new target audiences and follow up on marketing and networking activity
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to share insights, identify opportunities and support growth targets
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in sales, telesales or business development
  • Communication and active listening skills, with the confidence to influence and build rapport
  • Organised, with the ability to manage pipelines and maintain accurate data
  • Resilient, tenacious and motivated by achieving targets and positive outcomes
