Overview
Sales Coordination is a key part of what we do, providing the bridge between customers and our internal purchasing, logistics and external field sales teams. This is a fast-paced, office-based role focused on customer engagement. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, maintaining profitability.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide advice and solutions.
- Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers.
- Work closely with and support the external sales team.
- Administer sales orders/quotations and ensure customer delivery dates are met.
- Maintain regular use of the internal CRM system.
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics and procurement.
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience as an internal sales professional in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of success.
- First-class telephone manner (friendly and professional) and strong administration skills.
- Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn internal systems (CRM, etc.) with full training provided.
- Good character and ability to engage customers, with outbound calling ability.
