You'll assist in managing client quotes and ensure smooth sales processes. Qualifications

  • Sales administration experience is a plus, especially with HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Provide essential administrative support to the Business Development Team.
  • Assist the BDM in creating client quotes and formulations.
  • Prepare and dispatch product samples.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer artworks.
  • Keep CPAs current and on top of project timelines.
  • Generate quotes and complete the pricing model.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and trends.

Role

Sales Coordinator: to provide exceptional administration and coordination skills to the Business Development team to ensure a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Business Development Team, ensuring all tasks required to ensure a successful and efficient sales process are carried out.
  • Assist the BDM in creating client quotes, formulations, and engaging pitches.
  • Handle the preparation and dispatch of product samples.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer artworks.
  • Stay on top of project timelines by keeping CPAs current.
  • Generating quotes and completing the pricing model.
  • Conduct market research, keeping an eye on competitors, and identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

Compensation

This role is open to reduced hours such as school hours; salary would reflect pro-rated hours.
