About the role

We’re looking for a confident, customer‑focused Sales Consultant to join our team in our Cricklewood retail hub. This is a fast‑paced, in‑person sales role where you’ll help customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving. No cold calling, just real conversations, strong foot traffic, and warm enquiries every day.

Responsibilities

Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splend vehicle subscription packages and related products.

Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements. Guide customers through the decision‑making process, from initial enquiry to final sale.

Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.

Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2 years in a sales position, working in a busy sales environment.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in a retail, sales, or customer service role is highly advantageous.

A passion for the automotive industry and vehicle technology (desirable).

A full unrestricted UK Driver’s License (must have).

Comfortable commuting to our Cricklewood hub daily.

Able to work weekends as required.
