Overview

We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Doncaster Motorstore. You\'ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn\'t a typical sales job—forget suits, ties and endless showroom hours. Instead, enjoy a car sales role that lets you be yourself, showcase excellent customer service, and love every working day. As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you\'ll be with our customers every step of the way—from their first visit through to a great aftersales experience. This role is about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, lasting relationships throughout the process.

You don\'t need to be a car fanatic to be a Product Consultant, although we like those too. Responsibilities

• Helping customers find the right car based on what they need
• Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer and going the extra mile
• Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Selling the right sales package for the customer (finance to servicing) with integrity and professionalism
• Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
• Meeting monthly sales targets and customer experience standards
• Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
• Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to deliver on promises

• Holding a full driving licence for a minimum of 1 year
