Responsibilities
  • Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
  • Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions.
  • Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products.
  • Close deals independently.
  • Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log.
  • Plan and forecast orders on annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with sales support and delivery team.
  • Work in cross‑functional teams for complex bids / RFQ's.
  • Be a role‑model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team.
  • Focus on targeting growth from both on‑portfolio and off‑portfolio customers.
