We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in Burton‑Upon‑Trent. Your role will be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but it will be heavily sales focused. Instead of a typical showroom job, you’ll be encouraged to be yourself, showcase excellent customer service skills, and enjoy every working day to the fullest. As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll accompany customers from the moment they walk in through to providing a great after‑sales experience. This role is all about helping our customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships with them at every stage of the process. We provide comfortable uniforms, a five‑day working week, and a commission‑based structure so you can succeed while still enjoying life outside of work. You don’t need to be a car fanatic—just a passion for helping people, a bucketful of energy and enthusiasm, and the resilience to rise to any challenge.
