What Youll Do

As a Sales Associate you will :

• Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product.
• Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service.
• Build develop and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes.
• Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities.
• Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Stores performance.
