Sales Associate (Permanent, Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love by delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
• Develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise to assist customers effectively.
• Support the store in maintaining performance and meeting sales targets.
• Build knowledge of new products as they are introduced to handle customer inquiries confidently.

What we are looking for

• A passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
