Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right smartphone accessories for their devices, and processing sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
2. Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers in their accessory selections, whether it's a stylish phone case, a durable screen protector, or a reliable charger.
3. Assist in maintaining an attractive and organised store environment.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand's standards.
7. Stay updated on smartphone accessory trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
