What we need from you:

As a Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

What your responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and delivering a great shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points and actively promote add-ons by engaging effectively with customers.
  • Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to the store, maintaining stock room areas.
  • Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
  • Work in your designated Tesco space as required.
Working hours and conditions:

On a 20-hour contract, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 5 days. Flexibility is key, including working hours outside normal trading hours, especially during Christmas. We support the 'Keep Sundays Special' campaign, so you won't be asked to work on Sundays, ensuring a guaranteed day off for family and friends.
