Responsibilities
What do we need from you? Your role as a Sales Assistant is to help store colleagues maximise the store's potential by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service, upholding great store standards with available stock, and ensuring clean and tidy presentation while promoting responsible pet ownership.
- We are seeking people with a fun personality who are great at interacting with pets and people.
- Enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Ideally, you will have experience in a similar, customer-facing environment and a hands-on approach.
- You must offer the highest levels of customer service and be an ambassador for the Jollyes brand, sharing our values of being: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together.
- A high level of flexibility is required as opening hours include evenings and weekends; you should be able to cover shifts over 7 days.
- Part-time, permanent position – 12 hours per week.
