Job description
Overview

Sales and Marketing Administrator for a leading Telecommunication firm. Up to £30k base + bonus. My client, a well established Communications platform, are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to work alongside the commercial team.

You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Directors to coordinate admin tasks, meetings, travel, events, and internal reporting, all while helping to maintain the smooth running of the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the CRM system (Dynamics 365).
  • Ensure all Opportunities include key data: revenue value, expected close dates, GP figures, probability, and forecast categories.
  • Conduct new logo Lead & Account research to ensure continued focus on target ICP.
  • Regularly review and cleanse data for accuracy, closing or updating records as needed.
  • Flag missing or incomplete fields and work with team members to resolve data gaps.
  • Apply consistent process when moving Leads & Opportunities through process flow & pipeline stages.
  • Run weekly pipeline reports for Sales Leadership, checking for anomalies or inconsistencies.
Qualifications
