Sales and Buying Manager

A leading importer and distributor of fish in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Sales and Buying Manager to join their team at their offices in Grimsby.

Salary: Circa £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

The company has experienced significant growth in demand for their fresh fish products and is looking for a professional with experience in sales and buying within the fish industry to maintain existing client relationships and drive business growth.

The role primarily involves sales, purchasing, and cost management. The successful candidate will also provide holiday cover for senior management. Strong numerical skills, computer literacy, and accuracy are essential.

Candidates should be confident working independently, self-driven, and comfortable working as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Due to the nature of the business, early starts are required, with a typical start time of 5:00 am, finishing when the day's work is complete.
