What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and guiding prospective buyers through the new homes journey
• Providing exceptional customer service from first enquiry through to completion
• Effectively demonstrating show homes and closing sales
• Managing your own diary and CRM to maximise opportunities
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in new homes sales or high-end retail/property sales
• A self-motivated and target-driven individual
• Professional, articulate, and personable approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off during the week)
