Overview

Join us as a Sales Advisor at our Newcastle store earning an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one where you could expect to earn up to £250 per month.

We are offering the Sales Advisor:

  • The following working rota:
  • Week 1 – Monday 10:00 to 19:00, Tuesday 10:00 to 19:00, Wednesday Day Off, Thursday Day Off, Friday Day Off, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday 11:00 to 16:00
  • Week 2 – Monday 10:00 to 19:00, Tuesday Day Off, Wednesday Day Off, Thursday 10:00 to 19:00, Friday 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday Day Off, Sunday 11:00 to 16:00
  • Additional Benefits:

  • Work 29 hours per week – but get paid for 31! Enjoy a full paid 30-minute lunch break each day
  • Working every Bank Holiday
  • 21 days per annum paid holiday pro-rata for part time

Responsibilities
  • Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers
  • Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone and Live Chat
  • Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations
  • Provide all necessary information about our products and apps to the customer, demonstrating when necessary
Qualifications
  • A confident, proactive approach
  • Some sales experience would be preferable
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell, driving the sales process from welcome to product testing to purchase
  • The motivation to hit targets and earn generous bonuses month after month
  • A focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • A good level of numeracy and excellent communication skills
