Sales Advisor – Kingston Upon Thames (KT2 5BQ) – Plumb Centre

Salary: £25,652 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
  • Complete general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday either 07:30am – 4:30pm or 08:00am – 5pm. You are required to work every other Saturday, 8am – 12noon paid as overtime.

Qualifications
  • Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
