Job description
Overview

The vacancy is based out of our Bristol office on a fixed‑term basis until the end of June 2026. You will be in the office a couple of times a week with a hybrid working culture. As a Sales Advisor on the Sales Operations Team, you will report directly to the Sales Contract Manager and work within a wider team.

Responsibilities

You will work with new and existing customers to provide excellent customer service using telephone, e‑mail, SMS and social media. You will also provide administrative support for the sales service and direct support to our Sales Consultants, dealing with re‑sales and staircasing enquiries, right‑to‑buy and right‑to‑acquire enquiries and collating and maintaining information on the availability of our developments and homes. Building rapport with customers and understanding their circumstances is a key part of the role, along with acting as the first point of contact for all customers.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Demonstrable strong IT skills in Microsoft applications.
  • It would be an advantage if you have a background and experience working in a customer‑facing environment; working within housing or property is not essential.
