A leading housing organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their Sales Operations Team. Located in Filton, this hybrid role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining vital customer information. Successful candidates will showcase strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for customer service. The vacancy is based out of our Bristol office on a fixed‑term basis until the end of June 2026. You will be in the office a couple of times a week with a hybrid working culture. As a Sales Advisor on the Sales Operations Team, you will report directly to the Sales Contract Manager and work within a wider team.
You will work with new and existing customers to provide excellent customer service using telephone, e‑mail, SMS and social media. You will also provide administrative support for the sales service and direct support to our Sales Consultants, dealing with re‑sales and staircasing enquiries, right‑to‑buy and right‑to‑acquire enquiries and collating and maintaining information on the availability of our developments and homes. Building rapport with customers and understanding their circumstances is a key part of the role, along with acting as the first point of contact for all customers.
