Sales Administrator

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting our client's sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you are a strong administrator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing essential administrative support to the sales team.
  • Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
  • Managing and updating customer records using internal CRM system.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Creating new customer accounts and maintaining data integrity.
  • Assisting with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings.
  • Tracking sales performance and generating regular reports for management.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Professional, reliable and approachable
  • Previous office-based commercial / sales admin experience.
