Sales Administrator - A Perfect First Step into Your Office Career

Location: Taunton Outskirts (own transport needed due to rural location)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Up to £24K PA

Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm Fri (36.5 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the friendly and efficient link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Orders: Receive and process orders via email, phone, or website; confirm details and manage invoicing and despatch
  • Customer Service: Handle queries on orders, deliveries, and stock; support account managers with follow-ups and admin
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with production, planning, and despatch teams
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports; assist with general sales admin tasks
