A leading technology company based in Salfords is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Team by managing orders and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires prior sales administration experience and offers the potential for career progression into a full sales role. As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a self‑motivated and professional Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a key role as their support to the Sales Team will help achieving targets and deadlines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. This is a busy and fast paced role which would suit someone who has previous sales administration experience. You will be liaising with Sales Managers and Directors but also with various Departments and teams within our worldwide Group. You will make direct contact with customers to answer enquiries and/or resolve order queries so you will need a polite, professional and confident manner.
