Sales Administrator

Our client is dedicated to bridging the gap between organic growers and high-end restaurants. With a focus on exceptional quality and service, they partner with innovative kitchens in the industry. They are now seeking a reliable and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.

The Role

You will play a vital role in maintaining strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is not afraid to pick up the phone to resolve issues quickly.

This is an ideal role for someone with proven experience in the fresh produce sector who simply gets the job done with accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Input customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide order support, including guidance on daily availability, assisting with order changes, and addressing delivery issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messages in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring quick follow-up and clear communication at all times.
  • Stay up to date with weekly product availability, seasonal items, and new product launches.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service and consistent customer satisfaction.
Required
  • Experience in the fresh produce sector in a similar customer-facing or order-support role is essential.
