Job description

We are currently recruiting for our client based in the Dagenham area for a Sales Administration Manager. You will be required to manage the administration in a busy, growing sales office. Whilst this is not a sales role in itself, you must have experience in a similar environment. This is a fast paced role where attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.

Duties:

  • Supervise and support the administrative team
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead an established administration team in completing sales orders / sales processing and other administration activities.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Oversee scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities.
  • Address any administrative issues or challenges promptly, providing solutions as necessary.
  • Foster a welcoming and productive office environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative management role or similar position.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a straight permanent role with a potential immediate start.

£35,000 – £40,000 per annum.

40 hour week – 08:00 – 17:00. Flexibility may be provided on start / finish times for the right candidate.
