Overview

Sales Account Manager, SaaS, B2B Subscription Sales, Part Remote, Part Central London. Sales Account Manager (ideally with a B2B SaaS sales background) required to work for a fast growing and innovative company based in Central London. There will be an element of cold sales but also managing existing accounts, along with upselling. We want this person to be excited to get up in the mornings and make things happen. There will be an expectation for you to be in the office circa 3 days per week, but not for the sake of it. Get out, meet clients, smile, be happy and try to make sales which will generate commission.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, monitor their purchases, and provide opportunities for upselling.
  • Initiate, scope and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue.
  • Line manager and support junior members of the team, coaching and mentoring them when needed and taking an active role in their personal development within the firm.
  • Work with the Client Services team to carry out activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value.
  • Development and implementation of client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets.
  • Support product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback where appropriate and in the launch process of new products.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers at conferences and product demonstrations.
  • Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products.
  • Do all of this with a great attitude and a smile on your face.
There will be base salary plus commission
