A reputable healthcare provider in Crewe is looking for an experienced autonomous practitioner to provide high-quality medical services to a diverse practice population. The role emphasizes compliance with the GMS contract and requires a strong commitment to collaborative healthcare delivery. Candidates must hold an MRCGP and have significant experience in primary care. This position offers a supportive environment with a dedicated team to achieve excellent healthcare outcomes.
To workas an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medicalservices to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard ofclinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, thepost-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice,contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example,maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with themultidisciplinary team.
The Practice is looking for a highly motivated individual who will ensure:-
Thedelivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population
Theprovision of services commensurate with the GMS contract
Genericprescribing adhering to local and national guidance
Effectivemanagement of long-term conditions
Processingof administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests, results and other associated administrative tasks
Working days include Thursday and Friday

We arean Emis-Web, Docman , Accurx, paper light practice. We are a friendly, open andtransparent practice whose goal is to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients through a team approach. We are an innovative, forwardthinking practice with high achievements in local and national targets. We are a training practice and full supportand mentoring is given to the salaried GP team.
Ourcurrent team has a full complement of allied health professionals including, Seven GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, Mental HealthWorkers, Practice Nurses, Physiotherapist, SPLW, Pharmacists, Business Manager,Practice Operations Manager and a complement of highly skilled support staff.
