A renowned educational institution in the Isle of Wight is seeking an experienced Sailing Coach. The role involves delivering high-level coaching to students on team racing and includes opportunities for match racing and development of sailing skills. Applicants should have a strong competitive sailing background and coaching experience, preferably with children. This term-time position offers a competitive salary and various benefits.
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Sailing Coach to join our team. The role will require the successful candidate to be available to deliver high-level coaching to our pupils Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, term-time only in Bembridge, Isle of Wight. The majority of the instruction will be focused on two boat and three boat team racing but there will also be opportunities to develop match racing skills using keel boats in Cowes as well as ILCA coaching.
This is a term-time only position working three afternoons per week. There is scope for flexibility to accommodate pre-existing regatta or racing commitments which would require term-time absences. There is also scope for the successful candidate to attend weekend fixtures with associated remuneration.
