Overview

The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity to join MHA as a Safety and Compliance Officer who will support the application of Health, Safety & Environmental Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation, best practice and enable MHA to meet the requirements of associated accreditations.

Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities
  • Support the application of Health, Safety & Environmental Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.
  • Enable MHA to meet the requirements of associated accreditations.
  • Apply statutory health & safety tasks, test fire alarm systems, and maintain Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) certification on passenger/domestic lifts.
  • Involve knowledge and/or experience of legionella servicing as part of the safety and compliance remit.
Requirements
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Working Arrangements
  • Base: Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home
  • Hours: 37 per week
