We are seeking a Safety and Compliance Officer to support the Building Safety Compliance Specialist team on all safety matters on behalf of SNG.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to deliver the right outcome for our customers in a safe and timely way.
- Management responsibility of service level agreements and operational plans.
- Promote a positive collaborative culture of building safety compliance. Take personal responsibility for escalating any concerns to the appropriate member of the Building Safety Compliance team for consideration and/or investigation.
- Support the Safety and Compliance Specialist with building safety compliance big6+ areas and renewables areas, responsible for ensuring that SNG adheres to its regulatory and legislative obligations and that the organisation receives competent advice and guidance.
- Act as a building safety and compliance subject matter expert and help define data requirements, policies and standards.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of building safety compliance big6+ areas and renewables management in the Housing Sector.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working to deadlines and achieving targets through own work and work driven through teams.
