A community support organization based in Cardiff is seeking individuals to support vulnerable women in the criminal justice system. The role involves delivering various support activities, fostering environment safety, and working collaboratively with volunteers and multi-agency partnerships. Applicants should have experience with vulnerable groups and a keen understanding of the associated challenges. A flexible working environment is offered with additional benefits.
Based: Cardiff main office; travel required for meetings with clients. Fixed term basis to September 2026 (may be extended subject to funding). Hours per week: 36–25 hours 5 days per week. Salary Scale: £24,302.07 – £25,053.75 – £25,828.61. Offer is subject to eligibility to work in the UK check, satisfactory references and enhanced DBS.
