I'm working with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor to join their Land & Estates team covering Somerset and Gloucestershire.
This role offers the chance to work across a diverse and significant rural property portfolio, supporting the management of a wide range of let assets and providing technical expertise on land management matters to operational colleagues.
You'll combine strong professional surveying skills with a genuine interest in nature conservation, helping shape modern approaches to rural land stewardship. The organisation is undergoing a major strategic shift focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for the environment and local communities, and you'll play a key role in guiding that change.
You'll be joining a team whose work underpins a substantial income stream through the effective management of tenancies and rural assets. This is an exciting moment to get involved, with new strategic direction already in place and a growing emphasis on innovation, environmental outcomes, and partnership working.
You'll take on varied, interesting casework and projects that genuinely influence the future of a large and diverse estate portfolio.
The role is contractually based in Bristol, though there is flexibility around working arrangements. Expect to spend 40-60% of your time on site across various estate locations in the region.
