A leading motorway service area provider in Southampton is seeking an energetic Team Member to join their Retail team. The role involves stock replenishment and ensuring a tidy shopping environment. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess a passion for excellent customer service. Training is provided for new hires. Our Site Director, Elaine and her team at Rownhams Services on the M27 near Southampton are looking for an energetic and adaptable Team Member to join their Retail team. You will be part of our historic WHSmith brand dating back to 1792. You will be carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop whilst also supporting our Gaming area.
Due to the sale of tobacco and alcohol products, you must be over the age of 18.
We offer working patterns on either a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available.
Our pay rates will vary depending on your age.
It would be ideal for you to have worked in a similar or customer facing role before however this is not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
And if you've never been in a similar role before, don't worry! Because full training will be provided and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Team Member while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
