A community-focused NHS organization in Rotherham is seeking a Care Group Director to oversee clinical services and lead adult mental health initiatives. Rotherham Care Group Director is accountable for the day‑to‑day management of all clinical services within the group, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Board. The role is part of the Clinical Leadership Executive and works alongside four other Care Group Directors and the Deputy COO.
You will provide leadership to adult mental health services for Rotherham, collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, and partner with clinicians, especially medical colleagues including Primary Care. You are an excellent system partner, a community and patient advocate with a strong focus on delivery.
