Our Warwickshire OOH Service is a vital part of our urgent care network, offering clinical triage and support to patients across the region.

Main duties of the job

As a part‑time Rota Administrator you will manage clinical and operational schedules for the Warwickshire OOH service. Your role ensures clinicians are in the right place at the right time, supporting safe and efficient care delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Creating and updating rotas using scheduling software.
  • Liaising with clinicians to confirm availability and manage changes.
  • Monitoring staffing levels and flagging gaps.
  • Recording leave, sickness and absences.
  • Supporting onboarding of new staff into the rota.
  • Communicating updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Resolving conflicts and adapting to urgent changes.
