  • Manage the RA FM team and ensure safety compliance.
  • Complete various reports including timesheets and daily reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

FM Foreman with RA capabilities and Painter to trade. Part of a x3 man rope access team that includes a LV3 and a rope access insulator. Follow FM plan for painting and insulation and report daily including tracking sheets. Ensure work is completed to standard and completed safely above all else.

Rotation is 2 weeks offshore / 2 weeks onshore
TASKS
  • Required to review & survey FM anomalies and assist in planning scope of work
  • Responsible for the RA FM team (LV3 responsible for RA activities)
  • Ensure safety is top priority and all HSE expectations are met
  • Plant/Equipment & Material control
  • Complete Timesheets, Daily Reports & Trackers and various reports.
  • Management of FM personnel
  • Follow and adhere to company and client processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • NACE/ICORR Coating Inspection LV 1 minimum (LV2 preferred)
  • IRATA LV1
  • Experienced painter with ECITB trade tests complete.
  • Familiar with in FM Activities Insulation & Painting
  • Reactive to short notice change in work scopes and key priorities
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Provide accurate and detailed progress reporting to onshore engineer
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Bilfinger BMS
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Client focussed – driven to produce high quality work
  • Excellent leadership skills and a team player, leads by example in everyday conduct
  • Proactive and an effective communicator
  • OGUK Medical, BOSIET / FOET, MIST and CA EBS qualified
