What you’ll do

As a Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Seamless service, discretion, intuition, and flexibility throughout the day. This includes an eye for detail, thoroughness, and hygienic practices to ensure guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving set‑ups, additional supplies, or special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Room Attendants.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Room Attendant, but we’ll provide specific details on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift‑based and may be subjected to change.

  • Monday to Sunday: starting as early as 7 am and last shift finishes at 18.30 pm
What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Attention to Detail – You can notice small things and make sure everything looks clean and tidy.
  • Good Communication – You can understand instructions and ask questions if you are unsure about something.
  • Time Management – You can work quickly and make sure all rooms are finished on time.
  • Energetic – You are comfortable moving around, lifting, and being on your feet for most of the day.
  • Teamwork – You can work well with other staff members and help when needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous Experience – If you have worked as a room attendant in a 5‑star hotel before.
  • Customer Service Skills – You can be polite and friendly if you meet guests.
  • Organizational Skills – You can keep track of supplies and make sure everything is in the right place.
