Overview

Salary: £65k – £70k gross per year on qual, exp and previous earnings

Our clients are a warm, informal American family with three delightful children (5-year-old boy, 3-year-old girl, and 1-year-old boy) looking for an experienced Rota Nanny to join them long-term.

They have three delightful children. Their oldest son is an animal lover, academic, thoughtful and sweet. He is going to school full time. Their 3 year old daughter is a real character, sporty, independent and funny. She is at nursery part time. Their youngest is a happy, easy going toddler who is on a fantastic routine and enjoy’s activities like Baby Monkey Music, Little Gym, time outdoors in the garden and park. They all love reading, games, and creative play.

They are looking for a sole charge rota nanny who can work with a hands-on mum who is very involved. The family is very informal but has high standards. It will suit a nanny who values working in a tidy, organised, and supportive home environment. The nanny will;

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, nurturing, and engaging care for three children.
• Plan and supervise fun, stimulating activities (indoors and outdoors).
• Support with school runs, nursery drop-offs, and classes.
• Cook healthy meals for the children and take responsibility for all nursery duties (children’s laundry, tidying, organising).
• Maintain strong routines while being flexible to family life.
• Travel with the family on holidays (3–4 times a year by agreement 1-2 weeks).
• Work as part of a rota system with the other nanny, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Communicate openly and effectively with parents and the wider household team.

Qualifications

An ideal rota nanny will have extensive professional experience ideally on a rota basis caring for families with 3–4 children, strong communication, high standards and excellent references.
