Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Must possess a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on vehicles.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.

Salary: £48,720 Basic + Bonus (OTE £54,000) + Company Van

Hours: This is a SUPERFLEX CONTRACT – 2 weeks working rota at a time

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues and working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road, otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician are the face of the business, so it's important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.

Requirements

• We ideally want Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; however, we would consider Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• A full UK driving licence – no more than 6 points or bans on the licence.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
