Overview

Roadside Vehicle Technician

Location: You will have a geographical area based on where you live, covering the Wembley area for this opportunity. Salary: £53,720 basic plus overtime. Overall earnings can be as high as £58,000 depending on time worked. Hours: 40-hour week with earliest start time 6am and latest finish time 2am; rota posted 14 days prior and can change with up to 72 hours’ notice. Ref: 28927.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns and diagnose issues; aim to get the vehicle back on the road or return it to the workshop
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle\'s issues
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical and vehicle diagnostics
• Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician – be the face of the business and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician is ideal, but not essential; minimum Level 2 qualification required
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Strong all-round technical experience – maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
