Role and Training

This trainee role trains you to attend simple faults such as batteries, wheel changes, and cars that don\'t start, with progression to more technical repairs as training progresses. Over time you will become a fully skilled technician earning up to £50,000 a year. You will attend breakdowns in all weathers and must be prepared to work outside and sometimes in difficult conditions to rescue customers.

• We are seeking candidates who provide outstanding customer service in a sometimes challenging environment and go above and beyond to offer solutions that fit roadside breakdown scenarios.

For this trainee role you need to have basic level technical skills; you might fix cars at weekends for friends and family or have studied at college but lack practical experience. We offer full training to both repair and recover cars.
