A health institution in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced RN Care Manager to integrate and coordinate patient management functions for the obstetric population. The role requires a licensed RN in NYS with a preferred BSN, alongside significant nursing experience and proficient management skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $77,220–$93,600 annually within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Under general direction of the Highland Women’s Health Nurse Manager and Division Director, the OB RN Care Manager’s central role integrates and coordinates access and utilization management, proactive patient management, care facilitation, and treatment planning functions for the obstetric patient population throughout the HWH practice. The RN Care Manager facilitates clinical aspects of a patient-centered medical home, working with the interdisciplinary medical team in the provision of patient care. May also participate in supervision of other clinical staff members.
Salary range: $77,220–$93,600 annually. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
