Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC.
• Valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as RGN/RNLD/RMN.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and care planning.
• Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents.
• Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained.
• Taking responsibility for shifts as Nurse in charge.
• Team management and shift planning.
