Key Duties
  • Partner with first-line business units to support effective risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities.
  • Provide oversight and challenge on first-line risk management processes, controls, and decision-making across operational, financial, conduct, and insurance risk areas.
  • Support the enhancement and execution of the company’s risk management framework, ensuring it is effectively applied in day-to-day operations.
  • Lead risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), develop risk assessments, and conduct risk appetite monitoring with first-line stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Achieved or working towards a relevant risk-related qualification from an appropriate accredited body
  • Experience and knowledge of working in financial services, preferably in an insurance company
