• Experience in house building or residential projects.
• Understanding of current building regulations and CDM compliance.
• Ability to work with consultants on various design scopes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing technical reports for Land Appraisals.
• Brief site investigations and assessment reports on acquired land.
• Negotiate with statutory bodies on engineering issues.

Skills

House Building / residential experience

Understanding of building regulations and CDM

Knowledge of EA/Water Authority/Highway regulations

Understanding of AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiastic and hardworking

Ability to work on own initiative
