Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience assisting on a new build development.
• Ideally come from a trade background preferably Carpentry or Bricklaying.
• Full UK Driving License is required.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Manage sub-contractors and monitor their attendance.
• Maintain audit-compliant site paperwork.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
