More About The Role

As our new Reward Specialist, you ll play a key role in making sure our reward plans are clear, fair, and effective. Working closely with our Reward Managers, you ll ensure salary reviews, bonus plans, and other changes are delivered accurately and on time, always with data at the heart of your decision making.

Alongside reward, you ll also help us maintain strong industrial relations, supporting union-related activity and building positive, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

We re looking for someone who can not only analyse complex data but also turn it into clear, meaningful insights for the business. You ll act as a trusted subject matter expert, confident in challenging, presenting, and influencing when needed.

What you ll be doing:
  • Managing salary reviews, bonus plans, and ad-hoc reward changes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Supporting union-related queries and contributing to the wider Industrial Relations (IR) plan
  • Providing accurate data and insight to help teams manage reward budgets effectively
  • Supporting divisional areas with operational reward activity across 3 6 month planning cycles
  • Delivering work within budget and earning strong feedback from stakeholders
About You

We\'re looking for someone with experience in a reward, benefits, or a related role. You\'ll have strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to build and work with complex Excel models. You\'ll also have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • A collaborative and credible approach that builds trust quickly
  • Understanding of reward, finance, and industrial relations (or the drive to grow this expertise)
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools
  • Previous experience working in industrial relations
