An excellent opportunity for a skilled Revit Technician / BIM Technician / CAD Designer to join a specialist design team creating stunning spa and wellness environments for luxury hotels and private residences.

SALARY: £40,000 -£60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Enfield, North London (EN1)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Revit Technician / BIM Technician / CAD Designer who has experience using Revit, ideally in a design studio or architectural practice and has the ability to work on simultaneous projects with a good understanding of BIM and AutoCAD.

As a Revit Technician / BIM Technician / CAD Designer you will be a skilled designer / draughtsperson ready to contribute to stunning spa and wellness environments and will combine creative flair with technical precision.

Working as the Revit Technician / BIM Technician / CAD Designer you’ll take ownership of detailed technical drawings and contribute to the creation of luxurious hydrothermal experiences—think pools, saunas, snow rooms and steam rooms—designed for some of the finest hotels and residences in the world.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Revit Technician / BIM Technician / CAD Designer you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Solid professional experience using Revit, ideally in a design studio or architectural practice
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Working understanding of BIM and AutoCAD
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for designing beautiful, functional spaces
  • Interest or experience in MEP systems integration
  • Confidence working with both metric and imperial units, and an interest in international building codes
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally across Europe, the USA, and further afield
  • Problem-solving mindset, collaborative nature, and a drive for excellence
  • Can work independently and part of a team
  • Previous experience working on large commercial projects with design teams
