• Oversee recovery processes for Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Sundry Debts, and Housing Rent matters.
• Lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Handle public inquiries via phone and in person.

Must Have

• Experience in a revenues environment.
• NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
