Job Description
We’re excited to be partnering with a VC backed hospitality scale up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales function. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire their first ever Revenue Operations Manager to help fuel their continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s Revenue Operations function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define processes, implement tools, and optimise the revenue cycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll be highly autonomous, data-driven, and hands‑on, ensuring the team can operate efficiently, make smarter decisions, and hit ambitious growth targets.
You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and full of opportunity to make a real impact.
