Revenue Manager - Luxury Hospitality Group (Exclusive to VANRATH)

VANRATH are delighted to partner exclusively with a renowned luxury hospitality group to appoint a commercially driven Revenue Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own pricing, inventory and distribution strategy across all channels, using data-led insights to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall yield.

About you
  • 2+ years\' experience in a hospitality revenue role

  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to influence stakeholders and decisions
What you\'ll do
  • Set a clear revenue plan: target segments, channel mix, and a pricing calendar around demand peaks/events.
  • Test and adjust prices; use stay/availability controls and optimise inventory/overbooking.
  • Keep rolling 30/60/90-day forecasts; run daily pick-up reviews and change rates/availability fast.
  • Grow direct bookings with Marketing: create fenced offers, improve website conversion, and keep rate parity.
  • Keep distribution healthy (fix parity/content, secure partner visibility) and turn data into action with simple KPI scorecards and solid forecasts; brief the GM/HODs.
