Retention Advisor

Annual salary: up to £30,545.00

Location: Basingstoke

Contract: Office based, 12-month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary up to £30,545 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated Retention Advisor to support the delivery of the Government Key Worker Accommodation Contract, working across various stages of a property’s life cycle. This frontline service supports customers through different stages of their tenancy by sourcing, assessing, and allocating suitable properties to meet contractual targets. Responsibilities include auditing and managing housing stock, reviewing applications, negotiating with landlords and clients, and maintaining accurate records with regular updates and escalations to the line manager. The position requires building strong relationships with property providers, partners, and contractors, ensuring effective service delivery through collaboration and audit checks, while supporting colleagues and contributing to ad hoc projects.

For these checks to be completed, we will require from you the relevant identification, including Proof of Address, References, a valid passport and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last five years.
